The participants will get the opportunity to see an introduction and refresher course of deaf culture with PowerPoint: mixtures of behaviors, norms, history and its art.  The objective is to lessen the oppressive myths and broaden up the perception of Deaf people and its culture. This workshop is geared for adult-sign language interpreter as well as educational interpreter. The discussions and questions from the audience are strongly encouraged. All are welcome! Anyone can attend, but this workshop is focus into whose working with deaf children and has very minimal contact wit deaf adults.
